The IHSS Public Authority Provider Services Department performs many functions in support of our Individual Providers (Caregivers.)

Payroll  Our dedicated Payroll staff assist in the processing of over 52,000 timesheets each month!  We actually process more timesheets with greater accuracy than almost any other County in California.  Click [here] for further information if you have payroll/timesheet related questions.   

Customer Service Our staff of friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives are available to help you (whether you are a Consumer or Individual Provider) with any questions or concerns you may have.
